Four views. One system.
Control Panel
Start, pause, reset, and jump between segments. Adjust time on the fly. Send messages to the speaker. Keyboard shortcuts for everything.
Stage Display
A full-screen, color-coded timer for the big screen. Green means on track, yellow means hurry up, red means time's almost up.
Speaker Monitor
A clean, private view showing the timer, current segment, what's coming up next, and audience questions that have been approved to show.
Audience Q&A
Attendees submit questions from their phones. The crowd upvotes the best ones. You review and approve what the speaker sees.
How it works
Create an event, then add each segment with a title, speaker name, and duration. Reorder them anytime before or during the event.
Cast Stage Display to the projector, open Speaker Monitor on a laptop for talent, and share the Q&A link with your audience.
Start the timer when the segment begins. Pause, skip, or nudge the clock. Send on-screen messages to the speaker at any time.
Designed for professionals
Space to play/pause. Arrow keys to skip segments. +/- to adjust time. R to reset. No mouse needed during a live show.
All connected screens update instantly. If you pause the timer on the control panel, every display sees it within milliseconds.
Enable auto-advance on a segment and the next one starts automatically when time runs out. Perfect for tightly scripted events.
The timer turns green, yellow, red, and flashes when overrun. The stage display background also reacts so the audience can't miss it.
Built for every role
You run the Control Panel. Start and stop timers, skip segments, send messages to speakers, and moderate audience questions — all from one view.
Open Speaker Monitor on your own laptop or tablet. See your remaining time, what's next, and questions the audience is asking — without any distractions.
Open Stage Display on any screen connected to a projector or display. No setup required — just open the URL in a browser and go fullscreen.
Scan a QR code or visit the Q&A link on their phone. Submit questions and upvote others. Everything they submit goes through moderation before it's visible.
Create your first event in under a minute. Sign in with Google, add your segments, and you're ready to go.
